Genesis Owusu’s “STAMPEDE” was shot here by Sydney director Isaac Brown with Ghanaian cinematographer Daniel Attoh: riders from the city’s daredevil bike community, residents of Jamestown on screen, horses on the road. The research went through Ghanaian cinema and a VICE documentary about the riders before a frame was written.
